Pre-order products will be shipped in the order in which they are received.

You will be charged at time of placing your pre-order. If you need to cancel your order after it is placed, get in touch to request a refund.

1. THE COMPANY

Okki Nokki Record Cleaning Machines and accessories are distributed in the United States of America by VANA Distribution LTD. Okki Nokki is owned and operated by Audio Classics, LTD. dba Okki Nokki in the Netherlands.

2. REGISTRATION

When placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. VANA shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your Product being shipped by sending an e-mail to sales@vanaltd.com or by editing your order via the link provided in your confirmation email.

3. PAYMENT

You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order. All pre-orders are handled through the Shopify Payment platform. Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal and others as made available from time to time by the payment gateway provider. Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your express agreement to VANA's charging of your provided payment method at such time. The purchase price does not include any import duties, taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility.

4. SHIPPING

Although we will make efforts to begin delivering products as soon as possible, you understand and agree that there may be delays, particularly in light of COVID-19-related difficulties. The expected shipping date for pre-orders will be clearly noted and may be subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and VANA does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, VANA is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays.

5. PRIORITY

Shipments will be made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted. Pre-order products will be shipped in the order in which orders were received. This position does not imply receiving a particular number associated with your Products. If you cancel or forfeit your reservation in accordance with the terms of this agreement, your position will be taken by the next person on the product reservation list. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that we may need to build and use pre-order products for a variety of purposes, such as in-house and third-party testing, evaluation, and display prior to fulfilling product reservations. Furthermore, we may in our discretion prior to fulfilling product reservations offer for sale to the public (for instance, by auctioning off) a limited number of Products. Please consult our website or our newsletter for more information about such events.

6. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Requests for order cancellations may be directed to sales@vanaltd.com.

7. LIMITED LIABILITY

Under no circumstances will VANA be held liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out or related to this agreement. In the event VANA is held liable for any damages arising out or related to this agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of your purchase price without interest.

8. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

VANA reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason. We will provide notice of any material changes and, if you are unhappy with such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to cancel your reservation as described in Section 7 above.
